Let's Meet ...

Tonia Franklin is the regional coordinator for the NebraskaEDGE Program. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science and has experience in community development, grant funding, marketing and promotions, and Web design. Tonia currently owns a private marketing firm, Strategic Media, and helps manage a family farm in Wallace, Neb.
