Teaching Experience

Designed and instructed two undergraduate business classes, Introduction to Business Research and Marketing , for Regis University at their Sterling and Fort Morgan Colorado locations.

Professional Experience

Designed and implemented qualitative research on the expectations of the federal, state, and local management levels of a USDA funded multi-year project focusing on minority involvement in leadership programs. Results were used to confirm as well as fine tune aspects of the project's implementation.

Spearheaded, in conjunction with a team of Nebraska Cooperative Extension personnel, the development of a quantitative survey instrument administered to Nebraska KID'S TEAM coalition members statewide to evaluate the process and benefits of maintaining community youth coalitions.

Directed and implemented educational marketing research targeting minority business owners for the University of Nebraska Education Center in Scottsbluff. The final report included a listing of educational needs and recommendations and was presented to the Scottsbluff/Gering United Chamber of Commerce for further action.

Coordinated and executed marketing research for nine financial institutions. The results from 11 focus group sessions with customers, staff questionnaires, and mystery shopper experiences with over 30 financial institutions served as the foundation for the recommendations submitted to management.
