Ms. Welte, who serves as an Extension Educator in Burt County, works with community volunteers and leaders in Eastern Nebraska helping them address emerging issues and change. For the past five years she has provided information technology and e-commerce education and training to individuals and businesses throughout Nebraska. She is currently a member of the conNEcting Nebraska technology team. Ms. Welte's enthusiasm for technology helps people in rural communities realize the opportunities it can provide. While Ms. Welte holds a M.S. degree, she intends to pursue another degree in telecommunications. |
