Mr. Teel has been an Extension Educator for Cooperative Extension for 20 years. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Nebraska. He has been focusing on community development and technology training in Northeast Nebraska. He has successfully organized several groups of communities who have made significant accomplishments through regional planning. Also, he has extended his technology skills to the clientele of the area by conducting technology training in his area for the past 10 years.

Technology skills among businesses, agriculture, and education have increased through his numerous workshops. He is an instructor of the Master Navigator and Electronic Main Street Programs. He has served as a co-leader of the UNL state-wide Community Development Action Team for five years, and was the leader of the same team for District III for nine years.

Mr. Teel is a member of the conNEcting Nebraska and Technologies Across Nebraska Teams. He is the technology education coordinator for the Northeast Extension District. He is the Unit Leader of his county and is responsible for agriculture programming and assists with the 4-H program.
