Partnership for Rural Nebraska

Nebraska Rural Institute

Winners Working Together

Welcome to the Nebraska Rural Institute

2007 Institute Presentations are now available

The 2007 Nebraska Rural Institute was held September 17-19, in Holdrege. This year’s theme, Winners Working Together, exemplified the primary objective of the Institute—to share resources, contacts and ideas that participants can use in their communities and organizations.

The Central Nebraska Development regional group, the host group of this year’s institute, recognizes that the region will only remain viable through collaboration.

Working together was a centerpiece for workshops throughout the Institute. Whether it was deciding when and how to collaborate on issues or concerns of local interest or finding ways to reach a consensus in a group setting, Institute participants truly explored creative collaborative capabilities.

Many of this year's speakers provided powerpoint presentations while delivering their message. Click on the following links to view those presentations.
