Norfolk Area Recruiters

Jay Knobbe serves as president and founder of the Norfolk Area Recruiters. (NAR)  The organization was founded in the fall of 2004 by a small group of young professionals who felt there was an opportunity in Northeast Nebraska to recruit former high school graduates of the area.  Currently the group consists of around 130 volunteer members who promote the family values of the area and the economic opportunities to move back.  As of July 2007, the NAR has recruited 26 families, ranging from residents in Arizona all the way to Florida, back to the area.
